Description

Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong project leadership while promoting and sustaining a proactive, safety-first culture across all job sites.
• Oversee the development of bid packages and lead subcontractor procurement efforts to ensure best value and qualified partnerships.
• Facilitate and manage subcontractor meetings to drive accountability and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules.
• Review invoices, pay applications, and supporting documentation to secure accurate and timely funding.
• Direct cost reporting, contract administration, and scope revisions to protect and maintain the project's financial performance.
• Represent the General Contractor in subcontract negotiations, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep work on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders, delivering clear communication and maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
• Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer

• Base salary: $100,000-$135,000 (DOE).
• Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
