Process Engineer - Injection Molding - Syracuse (will relo)
As a Process Engineer, you will optimize production processes and ensure operational efficiency within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This role is based in Syracuse and offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions.

My client is a leading plastics injection molding manufacturing company. They specialize in injection molding and custom automated assembly solutions, serving industries such as medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and consumer healthcare.
Description
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Design and test equipment upgrades to optimize performance and safety.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members on process improvements and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in manufacturing technologies and best practices.

Profile
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
