Operational Excellence Manager

Description
Operational Excellence Manager:
- Manage daily Materials and Quality operations, ensuring SQDCI targets are met
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Lead Kaizen and Value Analysis events to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Develop and implement strategies to educate employees on OpEx initiatives
- Facilitate hands-on training at supplier and manufacturing locations
- Track and analyze productivity performance by location and product category
- Deliver documentation and reporting of results, benefits, and process improvements
Profile
Operational Excellence Manager:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 5-7+ years in operations or plant leadership roles
- Strong Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
- Hands-on, spends 50% of time on the floor
- Experience with ISO certification processes
- Proven change management and team leadership skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to drive measurable improvements
