Description

Operational Excellence Manager:

• Manage daily Materials and Quality operations, ensuring SQDCI targets are met
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
• Lead Kaizen and Value Analysis events to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Develop and implement strategies to educate employees on OpEx initiatives
• Facilitate hands-on training at supplier and manufacturing locations
• Track and analyze productivity performance by location and product category
• Deliver documentation and reporting of results, benefits, and process improvements

Profile

Operational Excellence Manager:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 5-7+ years in operations or plant leadership roles
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
• Hands-on, spends 50% of time on the floor
• Experience with ISO certification processes
• Proven change management and team leadership skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to drive measurable improvements
