Description

• Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and overall coordination with the project team.
• Document Control: Maintain accurate records of contracts, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Budget Management: Track project costs, monitor invoices, and assist with procurement processes.
• Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Scheduling: Help develop and update project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Site Support: Address technical issues on-site and support field teams in execution.
• Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and perform safety audits.
• Communication: Provide regular project updates and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Rfi and submittal
• Looking for growth and willing to be a PE
• Procore is very important
