The General Manager will report directly into the Vice President and be responsible for:
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Lead day‑to‑day MRO operations to ensure on‑time delivery, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and eliminate production constraints in a high‑growth, labor‑constrained environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing workforce, with a strong emphasis on training early‑career talent.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the senior site leader for audit readiness, inspections, and CAPA execution.
- Promote and reinforce a 'zero harm' safety culture across the operation.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to increase capacity, productivity, and scalability.
- Develop and execute strategies to balance demand growth with labor, tooling, and facility limits.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long‑term growth planning, capital investments, and capability expansion.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for customers, ensuring strong communication and effective issue resolution.
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to align priorities and deliver results.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within MRO, aviation, manufacturing, or another regulated industrial environment.
- Proven success leading teams through growth, change, and operational constraints.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulatory environments and repair station operations.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- FAA Repairman Certificate preferred but not required.
