Finishing Superintendent - Multifamily - Elkton, MD
Our client is seeking a Finish Superintendent to oversee the installation and finishing of modular housing units for a major multifamily project in Elkton, MD. You will ensure that modular units shipped to the site are properly installed and finished according to client specifications. This requires multifamily finish experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in modular construction or large-scale residential developments.

Description
- Oversee the installation, finishing, and quality control of modular units delivered to the project site.
- Manage on-site subcontractors and coordinate with other construction teams to ensure the smooth progression of work.
- Ensure that all units meet project specifications and are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain excellent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on multifamily finish projects.
- Prior experience with modular construction is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to manage and lead subcontractors and construction teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Must be able to work on-site full-time, with preference for candidates living within one hour of Elkton, MD (per diem offered for candidates willing to travel).
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $110k - $120k (up to $140k for top candidates)
- Bonus: 15-20% annually, based on performance
- Per Diem: Provided for candidates outside of a comfortable commuting distance from Elkton, MD
