Description

• Assist in managing on-site construction operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries.
• Participate in subcontractor meetings and assist in problem-solving on-site issues.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
• Knowledge of wood frame and concrete construction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and subcontractors.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
