Description
- Assist in managing on-site construction operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries.
- Participate in subcontractor meetings and assist in problem-solving on-site issues.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
- Knowledge of wood frame and concrete construction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and subcontractors.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
