Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively, reporting updates to the Project Manager and leadership team.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and quality control logs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers) to address design or construction challenges.
- Drive project completion on time and within budget, while upholding high standards of workmanship.

They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating multiple trades while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
