Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively, reporting updates to the Project Manager and leadership team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and quality control logs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers) to address design or construction challenges.
• Drive project completion on time and within budget, while upholding high standards of workmanship.
