Superintendent- Institutional Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee the renovation of an occupied church in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for a construction professional with a proven track record managing institutional renovation projects in active, sensitive environments.

The company takes pride in its collaborative culture, low turnover, and long-standing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for an occupied institutional renovation project.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, project managers, and the client to maintain schedule and ensure safety.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
Manage inspections, material deliveries, and construction schedules.
Maintain open and clear communication with church leadership and staff to minimize disruption to operations.
Monitor project quality, identify and resolve field issues, and maintain progress reports.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on occupied institutional projects (churches, schools, hospitals, etc.).
Previous experience working on sensitive sites where minimizing disruption is critical.
Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, including religious organizations and community leaders.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
