Superintendent- Institutional Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee the renovation of an occupied church in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for a construction professional with a proven track record managing institutional renovation projects in active, sensitive environments.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for an occupied institutional renovation project.

• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, project managers, and the client to maintain schedule and ensure safety.

• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.

• Manage inspections, material deliveries, and construction schedules.

• Maintain open and clear communication with church leadership and staff to minimize disruption to operations.

• Monitor project quality, identify and resolve field issues, and maintain progress reports.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on occupied institutional projects (churches, schools, hospitals, etc.).

• Previous experience working on sensitive sites where minimizing disruption is critical.

• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, including religious organizations and community leaders.

• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
