Description

• Manage ground-up construction of high-end custom homes from pre-construction through to final delivery

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, subcontractors, and the internal team

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Lead on-site construction efforts with a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance

• Track project progress using management software and provide regular updates to senior leadership

• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving smoothly and clients fully informed

Profile

• 7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects

• Proven track record delivering new builds valued at $5M to $15M

• Strong understanding of luxury finishes, custom millwork, and high-end MEP systems

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project)

• Local market knowledge of Palm Beach County and relationships with reputable subcontractors a plus
