Project Manager- Luxury Homes
A leading luxury residential contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of high-end custom homes in the $10M+ range. Known for their commitment to detail, craftsmanship, and client service, they work closely with top-tier architects, designers, and homeowners to bring visionary estates to life. Their portfolio features one-of-a-kind properties built to the highest standards, often exceeding $10 million in value.
Description
Manage ground-up construction of high-end custom homes from pre-construction through to final delivery
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, subcontractors, and the internal team
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Lead on-site construction efforts with a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance
Track project progress using management software and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving smoothly and clients fully informed
Profile
7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects
Proven track record delivering new builds valued at $5M to $15M
Strong understanding of luxury finishes, custom millwork, and high-end MEP systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project)
Local market knowledge of Palm Beach County and relationships with reputable subcontractors a plus
