Payroll Specialist | Alexandria or Tysons, VA
The Payroll Specialist can be based in the Tysons or Alexandria, Virginia, office - working onsite 3 days a week and 2 from home. You'll be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for the company's US employees.
Client Details
My client is a global company with a collaborative team. They utilize Workday to process payroll and are operating on a hybrid schedule.
Description
- Oversee payroll processes including calculations, accuracy checks, reporting, and tax deductions
- Address and escalate US payroll and benefit inquiries as needed
- Manage monthly and yearly payroll activities, including finance collaboration and bonus distributions
- Reconcile and process payroll-related benefits and deductions, such as taxes and insurance
- Support FMLA and disability claim processing with vendors
- Handle internal and external payroll and benefits audits
- Perform other payroll and benefits administration duties as needed
Profile
- 5+ years payroll experience
- Workday experience preferred but not required
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Job Offer
- Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite from either Tysons or Alexandria
- Salary range $90-120k on the base, commensurate with experience
