We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to to join their team based out of Tysons, VA. This superintendent will be joining their growing multifamily division!

Description

The Superintendent - Ground-Up Multifamily - Tysons, VA will be responsible for:

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations for ground-up multifamily, wood‑frame projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, sequencing, and manpower
• Oversee site safety, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain a zero‑incident environment
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, track progress, and maintain updated logs
• Manage quality control and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
• Run daily/weekly subcontractor meetings and site coordination sessions
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams for scheduling, procurement, and issue resolution
• Utilize Procore for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Partner with ownership groups, inspectors, and design teams as needed

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Ground-Up Multifamily - Tysons, VA will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Must come from a General Contractor
• Ground-up multifamily experience required, ideally on projects $25M+
• Wood-frame construction experience required
• Valid OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with Procore
• Ability to manage large, complex sites independently while driving schedule and quality

Job Offer

The Superintendent - Ground-Up Multifamily - Tysons, VA will receive:

• Base Salary: $125,000-$165,000
