As a Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee projects from early planning through final handover, taking ownership of both delivery and financial performance.- Manage design, preconstruction, construction, and close‑out activities
- Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Review and manage change orders and project documentation
- Oversee quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction
- Support subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Provide clear reporting on project progress and financials
Profile
For the Project Manager role we are seeking:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience with a general contractor or design‑build firm
- Exposure to commercial ground‑up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience using construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
- High energy, accountability, and desire to grow quickly
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
