We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager with expertise in lab and life science construction to lead and oversee complex projects in Boston, MA. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Description
- Oversee all phases of lab and life science construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure alignment and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients to provide updates and address project-related concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

Profile
A successful Sr. Project Manager - Lab/Life Science Construction should have:
- Experience in managing lab or life science construction projects.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
