Description
My client is seeking a Superitendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-end interior projects.
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients to address challenges and streamline project progress.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to industry and company safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, site logistics, and scheduling to optimize project outcomes.
Profile
The Construction Superintendent will possess:
- 5+ years experience as a superintendent
- OSHA 30 and Mass CSL
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with construction management software and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Downtown Boston interiors experience is a must!
Job Offer
The Construction Superintendent will receive:
- Compensation up to $130,000
- Annual Bonuses
- Vehicle allowance + Fuel Card
- Profit Sharing
