The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of custom home and luxury new construction projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of RFIs and submittal, and a focus on delivering high-quality results in the property construction industry.

Our client is a well-established, small-sized organization specializing in high-end residential construction. They are known for creating exceptional custom homes and luxury new construction projects, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Resiential Construction will be responsbile for:

  • Assist in managing custom home and luxury new construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare, review, and track RFIs and submittals and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring construction progress and resolving on-site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure their vision is achieved.
  • Provide regular updares to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Experience in custom homes and luxury new construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of RFIs an submittals processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and commucation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and building codes.
  • Should be local to Stamford, CT.
