Assistant Project Manager - Residential - Stamford, CT
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of custom home and luxury new construction projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of RFIs and submittal, and a focus on delivering high-quality results in the property construction industry.

Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Resiential Construction will be responsbile for:
- Assist in managing custom home and luxury new construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare, review, and track RFIs and submittals and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring construction progress and resolving on-site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure their vision is achieved.
- Provide regular updares to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
- General knowledge of Building and Construction codes.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience in custom homes and luxury new construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RFIs an submittals processes.
- Exceptional organizational and commucation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and building codes.
- Should be local to Stamford, CT.
