Product Engineer - Industrial - Springfield, Massachusetts

As the Product Engineer at this industrial manufacturing company, you will design and develop products for the site's key line of industrial parts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements and will see product development from design through to production.

Description

Reporting directly into the Project Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Testing and driving performance of the products
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs
• Designing parts and create drawings
• Evaluating products and make sure they are up to company standard
• Documenting tests, results, issues, and solutions

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Mechanical Engineering highly preferred
• 2+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
• Experience using SolidWorks
• Experience in Mechanical, Product, or Applications Engineering
• Customer experience or interest in working with customers
