- Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with long-term business growth and market opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality assurance, supply chain, and workforce management across multiple facilities
- Implement and manage key performance indicators to track efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards, fostering a strong culture of accountability and risk management
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, strengthening succession planning and organizational capability
- Manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost control and margin improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to support innovation, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience within manufacturing operations leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in deep drawn metal stamping or a closely related metal forming environment preferred
- Proven ability to lead full site operations and deliver measurable performance improvements
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with experience developing and influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with competing priorities
