We are seeking an experienced Estimator - Multifamily/Public/Commercial (Lead or Assistant) to join a reputable construction team in South Burlington. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for multifamily, public, and commercial property projects.

Description

The Successful Estimator with be responsible for:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, public, and commercial property projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost factors.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project accuracy.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to the management team.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and project documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing structures.
