Marketing Operations Consultant

The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the team in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across marketing operations for the US, Canada, and Latin America. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, improving governance and vendor management, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting strategic initiatives such as budget management and organizational communications.

The client was founded in New York City and is now the Largest Asset Manager in the world. Some of the services that they offer include asset management, portfolio construction, capital markets support, regulatory advisory etc.

Description

- Support integrated marketing efforts across US Institutional, Canada, and Latin America regions.

- Optimize workflows and processes to improve team efficiency.

- Enhance governance and vendor management practices

- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and standards.

- Assist in budget management and headcount prioritization.

- Facilitate strategic initiatives and organizational communications.

Profile

- Bachelors Degree is a MUST

- 1-3 years of marketing experience

- 1+ years of experience within the Finance Industry

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to go into the office 4 days a week
