FP&A Analyst
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the firm. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and helping improve financial processes and decision-making.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the firm
Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and identify trends
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy
Provide consulting and project support to internal teams on financial matters
Profile
Strong background in finance or accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Excel, Oracle, and financial reporting tools
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
