Superintendent Interior Fitouts

A respected construction management firm specializing in interior fit-outs and renovations is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. Description

• Oversee daily field operations on interior fit-out and renovation projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and safety protocols

• Manage site logistics, particularly in occupied spaces requiring sensitivity to tenants, patients, and staff

• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and quality standards

• Conduct daily progress meetings with trades and weekly meetings with clients and stakeholders

• Identify and address field issues promptly to keep projects on track

Profile

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

• Strong experience with interior renovations and occupied space work

• Familiarity with healthcare or higher education environments is a plus

• Expertise in managing subcontractors, site safety, and construction sequencing

• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to coordinate between field and office teams

• OSHA 30 certification required; familiarity with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) is a plus
