Superintendent - multifamily mid-rise construction
- A growing general contractor is hiring a Superintendent and Project Manager to deliver two upcoming multifamily mid‑rise projects in Miami.
- These roles offer hands‑on leadership responsibility on fast‑moving, ground‑up developments.
Client Details
This privately held contractor is a growing but well‑established builder focused on multifamily and commercial construction in South Florida. The team is lean, collaborative, and led by experienced operators who value accountability, clear communication, and quality execution.Description
• Lead ground‑up multifamily projects from start through completion* Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily site activity
* Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and consultants
* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
* Drive issue resolution in a fast‑paced construction environment
Profile
• Strong background in multifamily or mid‑rise construction* Experience delivering projects in the $20M-$50M range
* Knowledge of the Miami or South Florida construction market
* Proven leadership style that supports team collaboration
* Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Job Offer
Base salary: $120K-$140K
Site-based role on major projects
