Description

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the 2nd shift to meet targets
• Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
• Maintain accurate production records and report metrics to management

Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, operations and production processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in production management software
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and welding processes
