Construction Sales Executive - Multifamily Contractor
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in construction sales, particularly in the multifamily market. This role will specialize in key service lines such as roofing, painting, exteriors, and interiors. The ideal candidate will be adept at cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth, all while representing the company's core values.

Description
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong, positive relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Focus on frequent face-to-face interactions with a specific emphasis on multifamily properties, ensuring exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales & Contract Negotiation: Identify key decision-makers and respond to bid opportunities (RFPs, ITBs). Secure contracts by developing competitive proposals, negotiating terms effectively, and closing sales. Aim to build long-term relationships that facilitate repeat business and future opportunities.
- Scope of Work Development: Collaborate with clients to create accurate and compliant scopes of work, ensuring alignment with local pricing, ADA standards, and IBC regulations. Offer consulting expertise to clients to resolve issues and optimize projects.
- Job Qualification & Walkthroughs: Conduct due diligence on properties to identify root causes of issues and assist with developing job scopes. Perform site walkthroughs with clients, providing real-time pricing and addressing potential hidden damages.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with estimators, project managers, and superintendents to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in pre-construction, progress, and final meetings to provide timely updates to both clients and internal teams.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain an organized customer database, complete necessary reports, and actively participate in sales meetings. Manage invoicing and collections to enhance profitability.
- Networking & Business Development: Serve as an ambassador for the company at local and state industry events, networking opportunities, and other relevant venues to drive business development.
- Catastrophic Event Support: Provide assistance during catastrophic events to ensure readiness and support for clients.

Job Offer
- Base Salary - $80,000-110,000
- Commission Structure - Up to 5% of profit
