Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Manage all phases of MEP projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and field teams, overseeing quality and safety.
• Oversee subcontractors and field personnel, ensuring compliance with union agreements.
• Maintain client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project updates and concerns.
• Prepare and track schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Support estimating for new project bids and enforce safety protocols on-site.

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience with a mechanical contractor
• OR PM with commercial GC & exposure to mechanical aspects of largescale jobs
• Preferably across Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
