Superintendent - MultiFamily Projects
We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations for our multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Client Details
We are a fully integrated Real Estate Developer and General Contractor with a strong focus on multi-family residential communities. From concept through completion, we manage every aspect of the development and construction process. Our projects are known for their quality, efficiency, and attention to detail-and we're growing.
Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and productivity
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, inspections, and progress reports
- Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Offer
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
