Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors and field teams, providing leadership and problem-solving support.
- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and owners, providing regular updates on progress and site conditions.
- Enforce safety regulations, ensuring all workers adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
