Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and field teams, providing leadership and problem-solving support.
• Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and owners, providing regular updates on progress and site conditions.
• Enforce safety regulations, ensuring all workers adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
