As the Engineering Manager you will lead all engineering efforts and drive continuous improvements across processes, equipment and operations. Your overall goal and focus will be on cost reduction and efficiency. The Engineering Manager will oversee the technical team, oversee project execution and setting goals within the team.

Description
In this leadership role, the Engineering Manager will play a key part in driving technical excellence and operational performance within a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to oversee a broad range of engineering initiatives, optimize production capabilities, and guide a talented team toward achieving both short- and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead engineering projects in a plastics manufacturing setting, ensuring quality and cost goals are met.
- Improve molding processes, tooling, and automation for greater efficiency.
- Supervise and support the daily work of the engineering team.
- Partner with other departments to evaluate and launch new projects.
- Maintain technical standards and review product designs for manufacturing.
