A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large-scale, ground-up high-rise project in the Brickell area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with a strong track record managing complex, high-value builds.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a high-rise project from ground-up through completion
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement site procedures
• Review and interpret owner contracts, subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Assist in developing project schedules, including start-up and preconstruction timelines
• Identify and coordinate pre-mobilization activities with the project team
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling standards
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations

Profile

• 7-10 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
• Proven experience managing high-rise, ground-up construction projects
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and contract administration
• Bilingual
