Lead Superintendent High Rise Construction

Client Details
A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large-scale, ground-up high-rise project in the Brickell area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with a strong track record managing complex, high-value builds.Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a high-rise project from ground-up through completion
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement site procedures
- Review and interpret owner contracts, subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Assist in developing project schedules, including start-up and preconstruction timelines
- Identify and coordinate pre-mobilization activities with the project team
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling standards
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
Profile
- 7-10 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Proven experience managing high-rise, ground-up construction projects
- Experience on projects valued at $100M+
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and contract administration
- Bilingual
