Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own commercial accounts, working on projects ranging from $5M to $15M, including 50% tenant improvement and 50% ground-up construction. Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of GC experience, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Description

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and budgets as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
