Description

As the Real Estate Asset Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets in Miami. You will be responsible for optimizing property performance, executing strategic initiatives to enhance asset value, and ensuring alignment with the company's investment goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring they meet financial performance targets and operational goals.
• Conduct regular property performance reviews, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with property managers and third-party service providers to implement and monitor operational strategies that drive value creation.
• Develop and execute strategies for property improvements, capital expenditures, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the multifamily market.
• Support acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence and asset evaluation.
• Review and approve property-level financials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and investors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with investors, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably within the multifamily sector.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, property financials, and performance metrics (IRR, ROI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with real estate management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret market data to make informed recommendations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Miami real estate market is a plus.
