Description

  • Assist Project Planning: Support in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Site Supervision: Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any issues encountered.
  • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and assist in cost management to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any project-related problems or conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field
  • Knowledge of relevant construction programs
  • Estimating experience is a plus
