Multifamily Superintendent
Our client is currently seeking a Multifamily Superintendent with a proven track record in ground-up, mixed-use building and construction to join their team.
Client Details
We're working with a highly respected Los Angeles-based general contractor that's actively growing its field leadership team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, complex mixed-use and commercial developments, this builder offers long-term stability and a strong backlog of exciting projects in the Los Angeles metro area for a multifamily superintendent.
Description
Oversee daily onsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling
Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain progress and budget alignment
Lead site meetings and proactively resolve field issues
Maintain high standards for quality control and workmanship
Profile
5-10 years of experience as a Multifamily Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
Experience with mixed-use and mid-rise (approx. 6-story) developments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and quality simultaneously
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Job Offer
Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE
