Multifamily Superintendent

Our client is currently seeking a Multifamily Superintendent with a proven track record in ground-up, mixed-use building and construction to join their team.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, complex mixed-use and commercial developments, this builder offers long-term stability and a strong backlog of exciting projects in the Los Angeles metro area for a multifamily superintendent.

Description

• Oversee daily onsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling

• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain progress and budget alignment

• Lead site meetings and proactively resolve field issues

• Maintain high standards for quality control and workmanship

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as a Multifamily Superintendent on ground-up construction projects

• Experience with mixed-use and mid-rise (approx. 6-story) developments

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and quality simultaneously

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE
