Description
Project Development Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the preconstruction phase
Help homeowners select architects, designers, and consultants to build their project team
Develop early concepts, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams
Lead preconstruction meetings, manage preliminary drawings, and maintain ongoing communication with clients
Work closely with the Director of Preconstruction and hand off projects to Project Managers after design and scope development

Job Offer
Project Development Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will receive
Competitive base salary of $110,000-$140,000, based on experience
Year-end bonus and profit-sharing program
Hybrid work schedule
