Description

Project Development Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the preconstruction phase

  • Help homeowners select architects, designers, and consultants to build their project team

  • Develop early concepts, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams

  • Lead preconstruction meetings, manage preliminary drawings, and maintain ongoing communication with clients

  • Work closely with the Director of Preconstruction and hand off projects to Project Managers after design and scope development

Profile

Project Development Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA - Will have

  • 5+ years of high-end residential preconstruction experience

  • Strong understanding of custom homes, timber framing, Passive House, or other high-performance building methods

  • Excellent communication and client management skills-you're just as comfortable on-site as you are in a design meeting

  • Based within 45 minutes of Lawrence, MA

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity (office, home, and site as needed)

Job Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$140,000, based on experience
