Plant Maintenance Leader - High-Growth Facility
As the Plant Maintenance Manager in the business services industry, you will oversee the maintenance operations of a high-growth facility, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading a team, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and optimizing mechanical and electrical systems for peak performance.

Description
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, coaching, and workload planning based on production needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including motors, drives, control circuits, welding/fabrication equipment, and production machinery.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, track maintenance KPIs, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify reliability risks and necessary repairs.
- Ensure proper lockout/tagout procedures, safe work practices, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with production and sanitation to improve equipment care, reduce unplanned downtime, and support continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain parts inventory accuracy and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Participate in emergency response, alarm checks, and operational safety activities.
- Support organizational readiness and equipment needs during the upcoming site transition.

Profile
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, ideally Food Manufacturing
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks.
- Proven leadership managing maintenance teams.
- Experience with industrial controls, sensors, motors, and electrical circuits (230/480VAC).
- Strong communicator, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
