Description

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and solution-focused team environment.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:

• 1-4 years construction industry experience
• Tenant Improvement experience
• GC or owner-side backgrounds considered
• Strong technical background with attention to detail
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
