Senior Project Engineer - Leading OPM Firm
The Senior Project Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in the property and construction industry.

Description
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and solution-focused team environment.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:
- 1-4 years construction industry experience
- Tenant Improvement experience
- GC or owner-side backgrounds considered
- Strong technical background with attention to detail
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
