Description

• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners exploring custom home builds or large-scale renovations.
• Guide clients in selecting architects, designers, and consultants.
• Help define project scopes, budgets, and conceptual drawings.
• Deliver accurate cost estimates and manage preconstruction planning.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the preconstruction phase.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential preconstruction.
• Familiarity with timber framing, passive home systems, and custom luxury builds.
• Track record of work on full custom homes, major renovations, and additions.
• Client-facing experience with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Must reside within a 45-minute radius of Andover, MA.
• Will be trained on custom-built internal software.
