Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - New Hampshire
We're partnering with a well‑established, family‑owned General Contractor in Southern New Hampshire to help them hire an Assistant Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, take on meaningful responsibility, and grow into larger roles as the company continues its steady year‑over‑year expansion.

Our client is a reputable GC/CM with projects across NH and Northern MA, including commercial, multifamily, and institutional builds ranging from $500K-$4M, with a current flagship 80,000 SF luxury multifamily development underway. Description
- Assist the PM team with day‑to‑day project coordination and documentation
- Support scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change order tracking
- Partner with Superintendents and field staff to maintain workflow and progress
- Help manage subcontractors, project budgets, and material procurement
- Contribute to quality control, safety compliance, and jobsite organization
- Participate in client meetings, progress reporting, and project closeout
- Ensure seamless communication between office, field, and external partners
