Superintendent - Heavy Highway Construction
This role is critical to ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Superintendent will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout each phase of the project.

Description
Supervise on-site construction activities and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and meet milestones.
Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, blueprints, and quality expectations.
Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays to keep projects on track.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
Ensure all site personnel follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to report on project status and needs.
Oversee equipment and material availability, ensuring operational readiness.
Profile
Proven experience supervising bridge or civil infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, tools, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical plans.
A strong commitment to maintaining job site safety and construction quality.
Job Offer
Competitive salary between $130,000 and $160,000, commensurate with experience.
