Description
This Industrial Engineer will:
- Analyze and improve part standards and master data accuracy
- Support manufacturing and assembly operations with process improvements
- Drive cost savings through process optimization and ROI analysis
- Monitor adherence to standards and correct anomalies
- Collaborate across departments to communicate ERP system functionality
- Cost new products and monitor for inconsistencies

Profile
A successful Industrial Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems
- Familiarity with a range of manufacturing methods
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
