This Industrial Engineer will:

• Analyze and improve part standards and master data accuracy
• Support manufacturing and assembly operations with process improvements
• Drive cost savings through process optimization and ROI analysis
• Monitor adherence to standards and correct anomalies
• Collaborate across departments to communicate ERP system functionality
• Cost new products and monitor for inconsistencies

Profile

A successful Industrial Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems
• Familiarity with a range of manufacturing methods
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
