Production Manager - Marine Construction - Mashpee, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of 12+ people, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage a variety of projects ranging from private residential docks and seawalls to public works such as marinas and yacht clubs.
• Ensure successful completion of projects, maintaining safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage job sites ranging from 1 day to 3 months, with job sizes ranging from $5K to $1M.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient operations and a strong focus on quality.

Profile

Production Manager - Marine Construction - Mashpee, MA - Will have

• Proven experience in managing teams, ideally in marine construction, heavy civil/excavation, or residential construction.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Background in managing projects in the waterfront or marine construction space is preferred.
• Experience in hiring/firing, coaching, and managing a crew is a must.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Offer

• Compensation: $130K Base, Up to $150K Total Package (Health Insurance, 401k, Performance Bonus, Company Vehicle, PTO/Holidays)
