Superintendent - One of VT's Top GC's - Projects up to $25M+!

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects up to $25M+ in South Burlington. Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• 4+ years experience in a Superintendent position
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Business Services industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Offer

  • Base salary $100K-$120K+ (dependent on experience).
