Construction Project Manager - Framing/Dry Wall - Concord
Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing drywall and framing construction projects from start to finish.

General contractor specializing in commercial construction, including retail, office, industrial, and tenant improvement projects, with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.
Description
Manage all phases of drywall and framing projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate and schedule self-performing crews, materials, and equipment
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution
Track labor productivity and adjust staffing to meet project goals
Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to align with field schedules
Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation related to drywall and framing scopes
Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors
Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
Monitor costs, approve invoices, and control project budgets
Oversee quality control, punch list completion, and final inspections
Profile
Experience in commercial, federal, or public works
Experience managing drywall and framing projects or similar interior construction scopes
Strong understanding of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and interior build-out processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing self-performing labor and field supervision
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency with construction project management software and scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
