Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and Finance leadership team to help manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting across several entities. This individual will play a key role in month-end close, reconciliations, operational accounting, budgeting support, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Description
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation
- Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
- Manage and oversee AP, AR, cash activity, and bank reconciliations
- Review and reconcile revenue reporting from POS and operational systems
- Support accounting operations for hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, and related business units
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and KPI reporting
- Support sales tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting
- Ensure financial records are accurate and maintained in accordance with GAAP and internal controls
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or multi-location operations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and operational accounting principles
- Experience supporting multiple entities or locations preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with accounting software, payroll systems, and hospitality POS platforms
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
