2+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, testing, audit, or similar roles in banking or financial services.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, SEC, etc.) and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and compliance testing tools.
Professional certifications (CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CFE) and experience with regulatory agencies are preferred.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance reviews and testing to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Identify compliance risks and control deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports to support findings and outcomes.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and business teams to address issues.
- Track the implementation of corrective actions and ensure they are effectively resolved.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into monitoring processes.
