• Lead day-to-day field operations and supervise all subcontractors/trades on site
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce strict safety and quality standards across the jobsite
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate daily logs, field reports, and progress tracking
• Represent the company as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish

Profile

A successful Civil Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Water / Wastewater or Civil/Utility projects
• Strong background in field management, scheduling, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and build positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction software tools for reporting and documentation
